How is an insulated suit, especially one that leaves her face & hair exposed, enough to protect against someone who can generate lightning, or BECOME lightning for that matter? The Batman family has too much plot armor sometimes, someone like Livewire, an enemy of Superman, should be MUCH more difficult for Batgirl to defeat.
